Overview
SAMI OS provides CRM, workflow automation, voice automation, messaging, and email tools for real estate teams. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to users.
Information We Collect
We collect account information, organization settings, CRM records, contact details, workflow configuration, messages, call activity, and related business data that users provide or connect to SAMI OS. We also collect technical information such as log data, device and browser information, authentication events, and usage activity needed to operate and secure the service.
Google User Data
If a user connects a Google account, SAMI OS requests access only for product features the user enables. Gmail access may be used to send emails from the connected account, sync email conversations relevant to CRM contacts, display and log communication history, and support workflow automation selected by the user.
SAMI OS does not sell Google user data, use Gmail data for advertising, or use Gmail data to train generalized AI models. Google user data is used to provide and improve user-facing SAMI OS features, maintain security, debug issues, and comply with legal obligations.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide the service, authenticate users, connect third-party integrations, process workflows, send user-authorized communications, maintain contact timelines, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and improve reliability.
Sharing Information
We share information with service providers and integration partners only as needed to operate SAMI OS, process user-selected automations, deliver communications, or comply with law. We do not sell personal information.
Data Retention and Security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect user data.
User Choices
Users can disconnect integrations, revoke Google access from their Google Account, update account settings, or request data assistance by contacting us. Disconnecting an integration may limit features that depend on that connection.
