Getting started with Analytics & Reporting
Tour the Analytics area, its nine report tabs, and the layout of every report so you can find the numbers you need.
Analytics is where SAMI OS turns your team's day-to-day work into numbers you can act on. Every report lives behind a row of tabs at the top of the page, and they all share the same layout, so once you learn one you know them all.
The nine report tabs
The Analytics nav runs across the top of the page as a row of tabs. Each one opens a focused report:
- SAMI AI — SAMI transfer attempts, answered and missed agent calls, recordings, summaries, and bot activity.
- Team Activity — your team's output across leads, conversations, and follow-up.
- Source Performance — which lead sources are actually creating pipeline.
- Call Performance — call volume, connection rates, and outcomes.
- Text Performance — text volume, replies, and response patterns.
- Campaign Emails — campaign email sends, engagement, and outcomes.
- Deal Insights — deal creation, movement, and closed revenue from your Pipeline.
- Appointment Outcomes — appointment volume, show rates, and outcomes.
- Team Rankings — a leaderboard that ranks team members by activity or deal performance.
SAMI AI opens by default. The tab you're on is highlighted, and you can scroll the row sideways on a narrow screen to reach the tabs that don't fit.
If you want a number tied to a person — a real estate agent's calls, texts, or closed deals — start in Team Rankings or Team Activity, then filter to that teammate.
How every report is laid out
Each tab shares the same structure top to bottom, so you always know where to look:
- A sticky header shows the report's title and a one-line description of what it covers. It stays pinned as you scroll.
- A Filters bar sits just below it for narrowing the report by date range, teammate, source, and more.
- Key metric cards give you the headline numbers at a glance.
- A Trend chart plots those numbers over time so you can spot direction and momentum.
- One or more data tables break the totals down into the underlying rows.
Team Rankings swaps the trend chart and tables for a ranked leaderboard, but the header, filters, and metric cards stay in the same place.
Move between reports and keep your filters
Switching tabs takes one click, and SAMI OS remembers how you've sliced the data as you move around.
Open Analytics
Head to Analytics. The SAMI AI report opens first.
Pick a report tab
Click a tab in the nav — say Call Performance or Deal Insights — to load that report.
Set your filters
Use the Filters bar to choose a date range and any teammate, source, or pipeline you want to focus on.
Switch tabs without losing your view
Jump to another tab. Your selections carry over because they're stored in the page URL, so the new report opens already filtered the same way.
Because your filters live in the URL, you can bookmark a filtered report or paste the link to a teammate, and it opens with the exact same view.
For a closer look at the controls and the chart, head to filtering your reports, reading the trend chart, and choosing date ranges. You can also dig into the activity behind these numbers from Agent Activity, or tune the bots that feed the SAMI AI report under SAMI Bots.
