Filtering and sharing your reports

Use the shared Filters bar to slice any report, then copy the URL to share an exact filtered view.

Every report in Analytics — except SAMI AI — shares the same Filters bar at the top of the page. It lets you scope the numbers to a person, a date range, a lead source, and more, then bookmark or share the exact view.

Use the Filters bar

The Filters bar carries a URL synced badge for a reason: every choice you make is written into the page address. The controls you see depend on which report you're on, but they always work the same way.

  1. Open a report

Head to Analytics and pick a report. The Filters bar appears across the top.

  2. Set the time window

Use Date range to choose a preset like This month or Last 30 days. Pick Custom to enter a Start and End date.

  3. Narrow by person

Use User to focus on a single agent's numbers, or leave it on All users for the whole team.

  4. Filter the leads

Where it applies, set Lead kind to All leads, Website leads, or Manual leads, and Source to a single lead source.

  5. Shape the chart

Choose a Primary metric to plot, set Granularity to Daily, Weekly, or Monthly, and flip Compare to Previous to overlay the prior period.

Setting any dropdown back to its All option clears that filter — it's removed from the URL rather than stored as an explicit value.

Which filters appear where

The bar adapts to each report, so you'll never see a control that doesn't apply:

  • Date range and User show on every report.
  • Lead kind (All leads, Website leads, Manual leads) appears on Team Activity, Source Performance, Deals, and Appointments.
  • Source appears on Source Performance and Deals.
  • Pipeline appears only on Deals — it maps to your Pipeline boards.
  • Type and Outcome appear on Appointments, and only once your Calendar has appointment types or outcomes to choose from.
  • Primary metric, Granularity, and Compare show on most reports, but not on the Leaderboard.

The SAMI AI report has no Filters bar — it's a fixed view of your SAMI Bots activity rather than a sliceable report.

Share a filtered view

Because the bar is URL synced, your filters travel in the link itself. Set up the slice you want — say, Last 30 days for one agent, website leads only — then copy the address from your browser. Anyone you send it to (or you, from a bookmark) lands on the same report with the same filters already applied. There's no separate "save report" step: the URL is the shareable view.

Bookmark the filtered links you check often — a teammate's weekly call volume, or this month's deals by source — so a single click reopens the exact report you want.
