Creating your account and completing your profile
Sign in for the first time and add your name on the Complete profile screen before you start using SAMI OS.
Welcome to SAMI OS. The first time you sign in, you'll add your name so teammates know who's calling and messaging — then you're routed straight into setting up your organization.
Sign in for the first time
SAMI OS signs you in with the email your account was created or invited under. Once you're authenticated, you land on the Complete profile screen automatically — there's nothing to fill out before this point.
Your email is already tied to your account, so it appears pre-filled and locked on the next screen. You can't edit it here. If the address is wrong, ask your organization owner to re-send your invite to the correct email.
Complete your profile
The Complete profile screen asks for just two things: your first and last name. Both are required, and the Continue button stays disabled until both are filled in.
Open the Complete profile screen
After your first sign-in, SAMI OS sends you to Complete profile. If you've signed in with Google, your name may already be filled in from your Google account — review it and adjust if needed.
Enter your First Name
Type your given name in the First Name field. This is the name teammates see, so use the name you go by professionally.
Enter your Last Name
Add your Last Name in the second field. The email above stays locked — you only fill in the two name fields.
Continue
Select Continue to save. SAMI OS then takes you to onboarding, where you'll join or create an organization.
What happens after you save
Saving your profile sends you to onboarding, the next step in getting set up. There you'll either accept a pending invite to an existing team or create a brand-new organization of your own.
Once you're in an organization, the full app opens up. From there you can explore your Pipeline, set up your SAMI Bots, and round out the rest of your account details in Settings.
You only see the Complete profile screen until both names are saved. After that, SAMI OS skips it and takes you straight into the app on future sign-ins.
