Joining or creating your organization
Set your phone number, then join, switch into, or create an organization in SAMI OS.
Right after you sign in for the first time, SAMI OS sends you to onboarding so you can land in the right organization. You'll add your phone number, then either join a team, switch into an org you already belong to, or spin up a brand-new one.
Add your phone number
Every path starts with your phone number at the top of the Get started screen. SAMI OS uses it for your team directory listing and for call routing, so calls reach you on the line you actually answer.
Your phone number is required for every path on this screen. US format is preferred — for example, (555) 123-4567. You can't accept an invite or create an organization until it's filled in.
Choose your path
Once your number is in, pick the option that fits. The screen shows only the choices that apply to you.
Enter your phone number
At the top of the screen, type your number into Your phone number. This same number feeds the team directory and call routing for whichever org you end up in.
Accept a pending invite
If a teammate invited you, the invite appears under Pending invites with the organization name and the role you'll join as. Select Accept to join that team.
Switch into an existing organization
Already a member somewhere? Those teams show under Your organizations. Choose one to open it. You won't need to re-enter any org details.
Or create a new organization
Select Create a new organization, enter your Organization name (for example, Smith Realty Group), and add the Organization city and state. Then select Create.
The city and state field must use the format City, ST — a city, a comma, then the two-letter state code (for example, Chicago, IL). If the format is off, SAMI OS flags the field and won't create the org until you fix it.
What happens next
Whichever path you take — accepting an invite, switching in, or creating from scratch — SAMI OS drops you straight onto your Dashboard. From there you can open your Inbox, review your Contacts, and start working your Pipeline.
If you created a new organization, you're the owner. A good next stop is Settings → Members to invite the rest of your team, and Settings → Phone to set up calling. To configure automated callers, head to SAMI Bots.
Belong to more than one org? You don't have to come back here to move between them — you can switch organizations anytime from inside the app once you're signed in.
