Switching between organizations
Move between the organizations you belong to from the onboarding screen or the account switcher in the top-right menu.
If you belong to more than one organization in SAMI OS, you can move between them without signing out. Switching reloads the app into the selected organization's data, so your contacts, Pipeline, and SAMI Bots always reflect the workspace you're in.
Switch from the onboarding screen
When you have access to several organizations, the Get started screen lists them under Your organizations. This is the quickest place to pick a different workspace.
Open the Get started screen
Go to Get started. Each organization you belong to appears under the Your organizations heading, with your role shown beneath the name.
Choose an organization
Select the organization you want to open. The card shows Opening... while SAMI OS loads it.
Land in your workspace
The Your organizations list only appears when you have access to more than one. If you only belong to a single organization, you'll go straight to the Dashboard after signing in.
Switch from the account switcher
Once you're working in the app, you don't need to return to the onboarding screen. The account switcher lives inside the user menu in the top-right corner of the header.
Open the user menu
Select your avatar or initials in the top-right of the header. The menu shows your name and email at the top.
Pick another account
Under Switch account, choose the account you want. SAMI OS signs you into it and reloads the app into that workspace.
The Switch account section only lists accounts SAMI OS has remembered on this device. If the account you want isn't there, sign in with it once and it will be available to switch to next time.
What changes when you switch
Switching reloads the entire app into the selected organization. Everything you see becomes scoped to that workspace, including your Inbox, Contacts, Pipeline, SAMI Bots, and Workflows. Your role can differ between organizations, so the settings and actions available to you may change too.
Your other organizations aren't affected by the switch. Their data stays exactly where you left it, and you can move back at any time using either method above.
