Finding your way around: the main navigation
A quick tour of the SAMI OS top navigation bar so you can find every page, search, and tool fast.
Everything in SAMI OS lives behind the bar across the top of the screen. Once you know how it's laid out, you can reach any page in a click or two.
The top navigation bar
The header is always pinned to the top, no matter where you are. On the left you'll find your main pages, in the center a search box, and on the right the tools you reach for most.
Two pages sit on their own as direct links:
The rest of your pages are tidied into three dropdown menus so the bar stays uncluttered. Hover (or tap) a menu to open it.
Open the CRM menu
Find your people and deals here: Contacts, Pipeline, Analytics, and Properties.
Open the Schedule menu
Manage your time from Calendar and Appointments.
Open the Automations menu
Jump to Settings
The Settings link sits at the end of the bar for your account, team, and number setup.
On a phone or narrow window the menu collapses into a hamburger icon at the top left. Tap it to slide out the full navigation drawer with the same pages, grouped the same way.
Search, SAMI, and quick tools
The center of the bar holds the global search box. Start typing a name, deal, or address and matching contacts, deals, and properties appear instantly — press Ctrl+K (or ⌘+K on a Mac) to jump straight to it from anywhere.
On the right side of the bar you'll find:
- AI Chat — opens the SAMI chat panel, where you can ask SAMI to draft messages, summarize a lead, or pull up records in plain language.
- Theme toggle — the sun or moon icon switches between light and dark mode.
- Help center — the question-mark button brings you here.
- Your user menu — the avatar in the far corner. Click it to switch accounts, change your theme, open the Help center, or log out.
Want to set your name, photo, and preferences? Those live under your profile in Settings rather than the user menu.
