Connect lead sources, Zapier, and external CRM

Parse lead emails, connect Zapier, and log SAMI activity to Lofty from the Integrations tab.

The Integrations tab connects the lead sources and automation tools that feed activity into SAMI OS. Open the Integrations tab in Settings and pick a card: email parsing, Zapier and API keys, or external CRM logging.

Email new leads into SAMI OS

Many lead portals send you a notification email for each new inquiry. Create a parser source for each format, and SAMI OS gives you a dedicated address. Forward matching emails to it, and new contacts are created from the email content.

  1. Open the email panel

On the Integrations tab, choose Email new leads to SAMI OS, then select Add source.

  2. Name the source

Enter the lead source name — for example, Zillow, Realtor.com, or Website form. This exact value is written to the contact's lead source when emails arrive, so name one source per format.

  3. Choose a scope

Pick Personal or Organization. Personal leads are assigned to you and skip lead routing. Organization leads are unassigned and go through lead routing — only admins and owners can create org-scoped sources.

  4. Create and copy the address

Select Create source. SAMI OS generates a parser address and shows it in a success banner. Use Copy to grab it, then add it as a forwarding destination in your portal or mailbox.

The source name becomes the contact's lead source, so reporting and Workflows can act on it. Keep names consistent and create a separate source for every email format you forward.

Each source lists its address, scope, and status. Use Copy to grab the address again, Disable to pause parsing without losing the source, Enable to turn it back on, and Delete to remove it for good.

Connect Zapier and API keys

The Zapier/API Keys card connects SAMI OS to thousands of apps through Zapier. Accept the private app invite first, then create a key for the connection.

  1. Accept the Zapier invite

Open the Zapier/API Keys card and select Open the SAMI OS Zapier invite. This opens the private SAMI OS app in Zapier in a new tab.

  2. Create an API key

Back on the card, create an API key for the Zapier connection. Copy it when shown — it's only displayed once.

  3. Paste it into Zapier

When Zapier asks to connect SAMI OS, paste the key to authenticate. For direct integrations, the API docs link covers the endpoints.

Set up Lofty external CRM logging

External CRM logging mirrors selected SAMI OS activity back into a connected CRM record. SAMI OS supports Lofty.

  1. Select Lofty

On the SAMI external CRM logging card, choose Lofty. The tile shows whether it's connected.

  2. Save your API key

Paste your Lofty API key and select Save key. The card then shows the last four digits of the connected key.

  3. Pick what gets logged

Toggle each activity SAMI OS writes back to Lofty: calls, SMS messages, notes, and tags. Turn on Assign Lofty lead to answering agent after answered transfer so a transferred-and-answered call reassigns the lead.

Changes save as you toggle each switch. To stop logging entirely, select Disconnect to remove the saved key while keeping your toggle preferences for next time.
