Update your profile and call availability
Edit your name, phone, timezone, and language, and set the hours SAMI can warm-transfer live callers to you.
Your profile holds the personal details SAMI OS uses to reach you and to present dates, times, and text the way you like. The same page also controls when your SAMI Bots are allowed to hand a live caller off to you.
Edit your profile
Open Settings and go to the Profile tab. Changes here apply to your account only — not your whole organization.
Update your name
Edit First name and Last name under About you. This name shows up on every call and message your teammates see.
Set your phone number
Enter your personal number in the Phone field. SAMI OS uses it for two-factor sign-in codes and account notifications, so keep it current.
Choose your preferences
Under Preferences, pick your Timezone (Eastern through Hawaii) and your Language — English or Spanish. These control how dates, times, and text are presented to you.
Save your changes
Click Save at the bottom of the Preferences section to store your name, phone, and preferences.
Your Email is read-only because it's your sign-in address. To change it, contact support — you can't edit it from this page.
Set your SAMI call availability
Below your preferences is the SAMI call availability editor. It tells your SAMI Bots whether — and when — they can warm-transfer a live caller to you instead of taking a message.
Turn transfers on or off
Use the Available for SAMI calls toggle. When it's off, SAMI skips live transfers to you entirely and handles the caller itself.
Set your transfer phone
In Transfer phone, enter the number SAMI should dial when it sends you a live call. It defaults to your account phone if you leave it blank.
Define your hours
Set a Start time and End time, then pick the Timezone the schedule runs in. SAMI only attempts transfers inside this window.
Choose your active days
Select the Days you're reachable. You must keep at least one day checked, or the schedule won't save.
Save availability
Click Save availability. A Saved badge confirms it; any problem appears as an inline message right below the form.
Owners and admins can edit availability for anyone from Members, so your team lead can keep coverage gaps from sending callers to voicemail.
