Manage organization-wide settings

Set your brokerage's shared identity, timezone, AI agent name, and SAMI transfer caller ID from the Organization tab.

The Organization tab holds the settings every member of your brokerage or team shares — your identity, the timezone that drives team-wide scheduling, the name SAMI uses on calls, and the number leads see when SAMI transfers them to an agent. Open it from Settings and select the Organization tab.

View your organization identity

The Organization details section shows your brokerage or team's identity in SAMI OS at a glance:

  • Name — your organization's display name.
  • Slug — the short, lowercase identifier used internally for your workspace.
  • Members — how many people belong to your organization.

These values are read-only here. To add or remove people, head to Members.

Set your organization timezone

The Organization timezone controls team-wide scheduling logic, including the calling windows SAMI uses when she reaches out to leads. This is different from your personal profile timezone, which only changes how times display for you.

  1. Open the Organization tab

    Go to Settings and select the Organization tab.

  2. Choose a timezone

    In the Organization timezone section, pick your region from the dropdown — Eastern, Central, Mountain, Pacific, Arizona, Hawaii, or Alaska.

  3. Save

    Click Save. SAMI uses this timezone for AI calling windows and callback scheduling across your whole team.

The organization timezone is separate from your personal profile timezone. Changing it shifts when SAMI is allowed to call leads for everyone, so coordinate with your team before updating it. Your personal display preference lives in your profile settings.

Name your AI agent

The AI agent name is the name SAMI uses when she introduces herself to leads on calls. It's shared across every SAMI Bot in your organization, so leads always hear a consistent identity no matter which bot is calling.

  1. Find the AI agent name section

    Scroll to AI agent name in the Organization tab.

  2. Enter a persona name

    Type the name you want SAMI to use — for example, Sam. Keep it short and easy to pronounce on calls.

  3. Save

    Click Save. Every bot under SAMI Bots picks up the new name.

Set the SAMI transfer caller ID

When SAMI warm-transfers a lead to one of your agents, the SAMI transfer caller ID is the number that displays on the agent's phone. Choose one of your active SAMI Bot numbers so transferred calls look familiar instead of unknown.

  1. Open SAMI transfer caller ID

    In the Organization tab, find the SAMI transfer caller ID section.

  2. Pick a SAMI number

    Use the dropdown to select a SAMI Bot number. Each option shows the bot's name alongside its phone number.

  3. Save

    Click Save to apply it for the whole organization.

Only owners and admins can change the transfer caller ID. If the dropdown is empty, add an active SAMI Bot number first under Phone settings or SAMI Bots.
