Choose a website template
Pick the JustHome or FindHouse starter template to set your site's theme, header, footer, and page layouts.
Your SAMI OS website ships with two ready-made starter templates. Applying one gives you a complete, branded site in seconds — theme colors, header, footer, and a full set of pages — that you can then customize.
Pick the right starting point
Both templates are full real estate sites with Home, Buy, Sell, About, Areas, FAQ, Blog, and Contact pages. They differ in look and feel, so choose the one closest to the style you want.
- JustHome — a warm, elegant design with gold accents, a tabbed search hero, animated stat counters, a masonry cities grid, and parallax call-to-action sections. Reach for this when you want a polished, premium feel.
- FindHouse — a coral-accented, card-based design with a clean address, city, or ZIP search hero and modern property cards. Reach for this when you want a bright, straightforward layout.
You can switch templates later, and you can recolor or restyle either one afterward in the website builder.
If your site has no pages yet, SAMI applies a template for you automatically so visitors never see an empty site. You can replace it with the other template anytime.
Apply a template
Templates live in the Design tab of the builder. Applying one is a single click, with a confirmation step so you don't overwrite work by accident.
Open the website builder
Head to Website → Builder for the site you want to set up.
Go to the Templates section
Open the Design & theme tab, then select Templates from the section tabs. If your site is brand new, you can also apply a template straight from the empty-state buttons.
Choose JustHome or FindHouse
Each card shows the template name, a short description, its accent colors, and its page count. Click the one you want.
Confirm the replacement
A dialog warns that applying a template replaces your current pages. Confirm to continue, or cancel to keep what you have.
Review and customize
SAMI rebuilds your theme, header, footer, and pages from the template. Tweak colors, fonts, and content from the same Design & theme tab.
Applying a template replaces your existing pages and resets your theme, header, and footer to the template's defaults. If you've already customized your site, export or note any changes you want to keep before you apply.
Start over or change templates
Changed your mind? Reopen the Templates section and apply the other template — the confirmation dialog appears again before anything is replaced. To clear theme tweaks without swapping templates, use the Reset button at the top of the Design & theme tab to return your colors, header, and footer to their defaults.
Once your template is in place, fine-tune your website by editing sections, swapping images, and updating copy to match your brand.
