Tracking team activity

See output per team member — calls, texts, tasks, appointments, and more — in the Team Activity report.

The Team Activity report shows how much each person on your team is doing — new leads, calls, texts, emails, notes, tasks, and appointments — all in one breakdown. Use it to spot who's heads-down on follow-up and who might need a nudge.

What the report measures

Open Team Activity to see a row per team member with these columns: New leads, Assigned new leads, Currently assigned, Calls, Emails, Texts, Website messages, Notes, Tasks done, Appointments set, and Appointments. The cards across the top roll those up into team totals — Total leads, Total activity, New leads, Contact attempts, Appointments, and Website messages — for the date range you've selected.

Activity is attributed to the person who performed it. A call, text, or email lands under the agent who logged it; when no user is recorded, it falls back to the contact's assigned owner.

Read the breakdown and pick a metric

  1. Set your date range

Use the range picker at the top of Analytics to choose the period you want (the report defaults to the last 90 days). Every count below updates to match.

  2. Choose the Primary metric to chart

The Primary metric selector controls which number the trend chart plots over time. Pick from New leads, Calls, Texts, Emails, Notes, Tasks done, Appointments set, Appointments, or Website messages.

  3. Read the per-member table

Scan each agent's row to compare output side by side. Tasks done counts only completed tasks, and Appointments set versus Appointments separates when a meeting was booked from when it's scheduled to happen.

Filter and switch presets

Narrow the report with the filters in Team Activity. Set User to a single person to focus on one agent, or leave it on all to compare the whole team. Use Lead kind to limit to website leads, manual leads, or all — handy when you want to see follow-up on inbound web traffic separately from leads you added by hand.

The Preset selector changes what the report measures entirely. Summary is the default activity breakdown described above. The deeper presets — Speed to lead, Contact attempts, Unacted leads, and Closed deals — reframe the same team around responsiveness and outcomes instead of raw counts.

Switch to the Unacted leads preset to surface new leads nobody has touched yet, then reassign or follow up before they go cold.

For ranking agents head to head, open the Leaderboard, and adjust the shared controls any time from Analytics.
