Set your SAMI call transfer availability
Choose the hours, days, and phone number SAMI Bots use when transferring live callers to you.
When SAMI Bots answer a call and a caller wants to reach you live, SAMI checks your availability before connecting them. Set your schedule so transfers only land when you're ready to pick up.
Where to find it
Your call transfer settings live in Settings → Profile, in the SAMI call availability section near the bottom of the page. From there you control whether SAMI can transfer calls to you, what number it dials, and which hours and days you're reachable.
This schedule is personal to you. To set availability for teammates, head to Members — owners and admins can edit availability for anyone on the team.
Set your transfer schedule
Open your profile
Go to Settings → Profile and scroll to the SAMI call availability section.
Turn on Available for SAMI calls
Switch on Available for SAMI calls. When this toggle is off, SAMI skips live transfers to you entirely and handles the caller another way.
Set your transfer phone
In Transfer phone, enter the number where SAMI should send live call transfers — your cell or desk line. This is the phone that rings when a caller asks to be connected.
Choose your timezone
Pick your Timezone so your hours are interpreted correctly. Options range from Eastern (New York) through Pacific, Arizona, Alaska, and Hawaii.
Set start and end times
Enter a Start time and End time to define the daily window when SAMI may transfer callers to you.
Pick your days
Under Days, select each day of the week you want to take transfers. You must choose at least one day, or the schedule can't be saved.
Save availability
Click Save availability. A green "Saved" badge confirms your changes are live.
Keep your transfer phone current. If SAMI dials an old number, live callers won't reach you even when your schedule says you're available.
How SAMI uses your schedule
Outside your selected hours and days, SAMI won't ring your transfer phone — it stays on the line with the caller instead, taking a message or booking time based on how your SAMI Bots are configured. During your window, an interested caller can be connected to you in real time.
Turning the Available for SAMI calls toggle off is the quickest way to pause transfers without losing your hours. Flip it back on whenever you're ready, and your saved schedule picks up right where it left off. You can review answered and transferred calls anytime in SAMI Bots.
