Managing properties and listings

Track listings, statuses, pricing, and details in the Properties area and connect them to your deals.

The Properties area is where you track every listing, buyer-interest address, and valuation target in one place. Each property carries its own status, pricing, and details, and links back to the deals you're working.

Browse the listings grid

Open Properties to see your listings as cards. Each card shows a photo (or an auto-generated street-view thumbnail when no photo is set), the list price or estimated value, the address, and quick beds, baths, and square-footage stats. A color-coded status label sits in the top corner of every card.

Properties use one of five statuses:

  • Active — currently on the market
  • Pending — under contract
  • Sold — closed
  • Off Market — not actively listed
  • Coming Soon — listing soon

Use the filter tabs above the grid to narrow the view. Each tab shows a live count — All, Active, Pending, Sold, and Off Market — so you can see at a glance how many listings sit in each state. Click a card to open its full detail page.

Add a listing

  1. Open the new property form

From Properties, click New Property in the top-right corner.

  2. Enter the address

Add the Street, then fill in City, State, and ZIP. City, state, and ZIP are required.

  3. Set type and status

Choose a Property Type (Single Family, Condo, Townhouse, Multi Family, or Land) and a Status. New listings default to Active.

  4. Add the highlights

Fill in Beds, Baths, Sq Ft, and List Price if you have them. These are optional and can be added later.

  5. Create the property

Click Create Property. The new listing appears at the top of your grid.

Don't have every field yet? Just enter the city, state, and ZIP to save the property — you can fill in pricing, beds, baths, and the rest from the detail page whenever you're ready.

Edit a property's details

Open any property to reach its detail page, where most fields edit in place — click a value, type the new one, and it saves. You can update:

  • Status — switch between Active, Pending, Sold, Off Market, and Coming Soon.
  • Pricing — set the List Price, Sale Price, and Est. Value independently.
  • Details — adjust Type, Beds, Baths, Sqft, Year Built, Lot Size, Garage, and Pool.
  • MLS# — add the MLS ID so the number shows on the listing card.
  • Description — write or paste the AI-ready listing description that appears at the top of the detail page.

Connect properties to deals

Properties and deals work together. Once a listing exists, you can attach it to a deal so the address, pricing, and status travel with that opportunity through your Pipeline. That keeps the property's financials in sync with the deal you're closing and gives everyone on the team one source of truth.

See Pipeline to manage the deals themselves, and link a listing to an opportunity from the deal record.
