How SAMI OS plan pricing works — Solo, Team, and HQ plans, monthly SAMI credits, phone numbers, and managing billing as an owner.
SAMI OS uses simple plan-based pricing: a monthly plan sized to your team, with SAMI credits included every month to power calling and texting. This article covers what each plan includes, how credits work, and how owners manage billing.
Plans
Every plan starts with a free 14-day trial — no setup fees, no contracts, cancel anytime during the trial at no cost.
- Solo — $49/month. 1 teammate seat, 50 SAMI credits every month, and 1 dedicated phone number. For the agent doing it all.
- Team — $138/month. 2 seats included, and you can grow to 9 seats at $69 per extra seat per month. Includes 200 SAMI credits monthly plus 100 more per extra seat, and 2 dedicated phone numbers.
- HQ — $499/month. 10 seats included, with additional seats just $29 per month each. Includes 1,000 SAMI credits monthly plus 100 more per extra seat, and 5 dedicated phone numbers.
Extra dedicated phone numbers can be added to any plan for $5 per month each. Included amounts are starting points, not ceilings — add seats, numbers, and credits whenever you need them.
Everything else — the SAMI voice, hot transfers, texting, automations, integrations, and analytics — is included in every plan.
How credits work
Credits are SAMI's monthly fuel: calls and texts draw them down as she works. A single text message uses just 0.1 credit. Your plan's monthly credits reset at the start of each billing cycle.
Need more? Credit packages stay on your balance until used:
- Starter — 100 credits for $39
- Growth — 500 credits for $175
- Pro — 1,000 credits for $325
- Scale — 5,000 credits for $1,495
- Enterprise — 25,000 credits for $6,250 (contact sales)
Manage billing
Billing lives on the Billing page. Only organization owners can open it — everyone else sees an owner-only notice instead.
From there, owners can:
- Choose or change a plan. Upgrades, downgrades, and seat changes always show you an exact quote before you confirm — nothing changes until you approve it.
- Manage the payment method used for your subscription and credit purchases.
- Track your credit balance and top up with a credit package when you're running hot.
Billing is owner-only. If you're an admin or agent and need access, ask an owner to make the change or adjust your role under Members.
Phone numbers add a recurring monthly charge ($5 each beyond your plan's included numbers). Review what you own under Phone before adding more, and release any you no longer need.
