Enable the home valuation page for seller leads

Turn on the home valuation page to capture seller leads from your website with a free property estimate offer.

Buyers find you through property search, but sellers need a different hook. The home valuation page gives website visitors a free estimate of what their home is worth in exchange for their contact details, turning curious homeowners into seller leads in your CRM.

What the home valuation page does

When enabled, your public website exposes a "What's Your Home Worth?" page. A visitor enters their property address, a few details (bedrooms, bathrooms, square feet, and property type), and their contact info, then submits the form to request a free valuation.

That submission registers them in SAMI OS as a new lead with the source home valuation, so you can tell seller prospects apart from buyer registrations at a glance. The visitor sees a confirmation that their request was received and that their personalized estimate will follow by email, which gives you a natural reason to follow up.

The valuation page captures the lead and confirms the request on screen. The estimate itself is delivered by email as a follow-up, so this works best as a conversation starter for a full CMA rather than an instant on-page number.

Turn it on

The toggle lives on the Registration tab of your Website manager, right alongside the registration wall.

  1. Open the Website manager

Go to Website. If you haven't created your site yet, set up your subdomain and branding first.

  2. Switch to the Registration tab

Select the Registration tab. You'll see the Registration Wall settings and, below them, the Home Valuation Page option.

  3. Enable Home Valuation Page

Flip the Home Valuation Page switch on. Its description reads "Allow visitors to request a free home valuation (captures seller leads)."

  4. Save your settings

Click Save settings to apply the change. Visitors can now reach your valuation page and submit a request.

Use the Preview button at the top of the Website manager to open your live site in a new tab and confirm the valuation page looks right before you share the link.

Where the leads show up

Every valuation request lands in the same place as your other website leads. Open the Leads tab in the Website manager to see recent submissions, where the Source column reads "home valuation" so seller prospects stand out from registration-wall sign-ups.

These leads also flow into your main Contacts list, where you can route them into a Pipeline, kick off a Workflow to nurture them, or hand them to a SAMI Bot for an immediate first touch.

Build a workflow triggered by the home valuation source so every new seller lead gets an instant thank-you and a prompt to schedule a full home assessment.
