Asking SAMI about your contacts, deals, and pipeline

Ask SAMI plain-language questions to look up contacts, deals, tasks, and a live pipeline summary.

SAMI can answer questions about your business in plain English, pulling live data straight from your workspace. Ask it to find a lead, pull up a contact's history, or summarize your pipeline — no filters or reports to build.

Start a conversation

Open AI Chat and type your question in the box at the bottom. SAMI reads your contacts, deals, tasks, and activity to answer, then references the specific people and deals it found by name. You don't need exact wording — write the way you'd ask a teammate.

  1. Open AI Chat

    Head to AI Chat. You'll see a few example prompts to get you started.

  2. Ask your question

    Type something like show me my hot leads or give me a pipeline summary and press Enter. SAMI looks up the answer and replies in seconds.

  3. Follow up

    Keep the thread going. Ask what about just the buyers? or which of those have a task due this week? and SAMI builds on what it already pulled.

SAMI only sees records you have access to. If your team uses contact and deal visibility rules, its answers stay scoped to your assigned leads — you won't see another agent's private contacts.

What you can ask about

SAMI looks up read-only information across your workspace. Common questions include:

  • Find contacts — search by name, lead type (buyer, seller, or both), stage, or a minimum AI lead score. Try find sellers in the nurturing stage or show me leads scoring above 80.
  • One contact's full picture — pull a single contact's details plus their linked deals, open tasks, and recent activity. Ask tell me everything about Sarah Chen.
  • Activity timeline — see a contact's recent calls, texts, emails, notes, and stage changes. Try what's the latest with the Johnson lead?.
  • Deals by stage — list deals in your Pipeline, optionally filtered by stage like showing, offer, or under contract. Ask what's in my pipeline at the offer stage?.
  • Pipeline summary — get counts and total values broken out by stage. Just say give me a pipeline summary.
  • Tasks due — check what's on your plate. Ask what tasks are due today? or show my high-priority tasks.
  • Workspace overview — a dashboard-style snapshot of total contacts, active SAMI outreach, deals by stage, and tasks due. Ask how's my business looking?.

Phrase questions naturally and stack details. Hot buyer leads I haven't contacted in a week works better than a one-word search — SAMI combines type, score, and recency into a single answer.

Where the answers come from

Every reply is built from live data, not a stale snapshot, so a contact's lead score or a deal's stage is current the moment you ask. SAMI names the exact records behind its answer, which makes it easy to jump from chat to the source. From there you can open the full record in Contacts or your Pipeline to dig in or take the next step.
