Monitoring SAMI AI activity and call transfers
Track what your SAMI Bots are doing live: transfers, answer rate, recordings, and a full log of AI calls and texts.
The SAMI AI monitor is where team leads watch live AI performance: how many calls your SAMI Bots are placing, how often transfers to a live agent get answered, and what was actually said on every call and text. It's the single place to confirm your bots are working and your agents are picking up.
Open the SAMI AI monitor
The monitor lives in your Analytics area, in the SAMI AI section. Opening Agent Activity takes you straight there.
The monitor is available to owners, admins, and team leads. If you don't see it, ask an owner to check your role in Members.
Read the performance metrics
Across the top of the page, five tiles summarize every transfer attempt that matches your current filters:
- Transfers — total agent transfer attempts in the range.
- Answered — transfers a live agent picked up.
- Missed — transfers no agent answered.
- Answer rate — answered transfers as a percentage of the total.
- Avg ring — average seconds the agent's phone rang before being answered or missed (shows
N/Awhen there's nothing to measure).
If your answer rate is low or ring times are long, that's your signal to revisit agent coverage on your SAMI Bots.
Filter what you're watching
Set a date range
Use the From and To date pickers to scope the view. By default the monitor shows the last 30 days.
Narrow by bot or number
Pick a specific bot from the Bot menu (defaults to All bots) or a specific line from the Number menu (All numbers) to focus on one SAMI Bot or phone number.
Filter by transfer status
Set Status to Answered, Missed, or In progress to isolate outcomes — or leave it on All statuses.
Start over
Click Reset filters to clear everything and return to the default 30-day view.
The metrics, the transfer table, and the activity log all update together as you change filters.
Review transfer attempts
The Transfer attempts table lists each attempt with the lead's name and number, the SAMI Bot that handled the call, the number the transfer dialed from, the agent who was reached, a status badge (Answered, Missed, or In progress), timing, and an AI summary of accepted transfers. Where a recording exists, click Play to listen in a pop-up player. Missed attempts have no recording, and summaries appear once an accepted transfer has been transcribed.
Read the SAMI activity log
Below the table, the SAMI activity log is a running feed of everything your bots have done — SAMI calls, SAMI texts, and transfer events — newest first. Each entry shows the contact name, the bot that acted, a timestamp, and a short summary or message preview. It's the fastest way to see exactly what SAMI said to a lead.
Pair the monitor with your live conversations. Open the Inbox alongside it to follow up by hand the moment a transfer is missed.
