View and manage your appointments list

Read the Appointments list at a glance and expand any row to see and edit the full details.

The Appointments page gives you one scrollable list of every showing, consult, inspection, and follow-up on your schedule. This article explains what each row shows and how to open one up for a closer look.

Read a row at a glance

Each appointment in the list is a single summary row built to scan quickly. From left to right and top to bottom, a row shows:

  • Title — the name you gave the appointment, in bold.
  • Type badge — a colored badge with the appointment type, such as Showing, Open House, Listing Presentation, Buyer Consultation, Inspection, Closing, Meeting, or Other.
  • Outcome pill — a status pill that reads Scheduled until you record a result, then Completed, Cancelled, No Show, or Rescheduled.
  • Date and time — when the appointment starts, shown next to a clock.
  • Location — the address or place, when one is set.
  • Contact — the linked person, when an appointment is tied to someone in your CRM.

The list shows your most recent appointments first, so the newest items sit at the top.

The list loads up to your 50 most recent appointments, ordered by start date. For a day, week, or month layout instead of a flat list, switch to the Calendar.

Expand a row for the full details

Click anywhere on a summary row to expand it. The row opens to reveal every field for that appointment, and the chevron on the right flips to point up so you can see which one is open.

  1. Open the Appointments page

Head to Appointments. Your scheduled items appear as a list of rows.

  2. Click a row to expand it

Select any row. It expands in place to show the Title, Type, Start, End, Location, Outcome, Contact, and Description.

  3. Review or edit the details

Each field is editable inline. Click a field, make your change, and it saves to that appointment. Click the row again to collapse it.

When an appointment is linked to a contact, the expanded Contact field becomes a shortcut into their contact record — handy for checking history before you head out.

When the list is empty

If you have no appointments yet, the page shows a "No appointments scheduled" prompt with a New Appointment button instead of a list. Use it to add your first showing, consult, inspection, or follow-up so the whole team can manage the next client commitment from one schedule. You can also start a new entry any time from the New Appointment button in the page header.

To change a title, time, or location, see the inline editing guide. To record how a meeting went, see the outcome guide.
