Filtering and switching between pipelines

Switch the active pipeline, narrow your board with status filters, and read live Open, Won, and Lost counts.

Your Pipeline can hold a lot of deals at once. Switching pipelines and applying a status filter lets you zero in on exactly the deals you want to work right now.

Switch the active pipeline

If you run more than one pipeline — say, one for buyers and one for sellers — you view them one at a time. The pipeline selector at the top left of the board controls which one is active.

  1. Open the pipeline selector

On the Pipeline, find the dropdown labeled with your current pipeline's name, just under the header.

  2. Pick a different pipeline

Choose another pipeline from the list. The board reloads to show that pipeline's stages and deals.

  3. Keep working

Your status filter carries over to the new pipeline, so if you were viewing only Open deals, you'll keep seeing only Open deals after the switch.

Don't have a second pipeline yet? Use the New Pipeline button to the right of the selector to spin one up, then customize its stages.

Filter the board by status

Below the selector sits a row of filter chips that control which deals appear on the board. They map to each deal's outcome:

  • All — every deal in the pipeline, regardless of outcome.
  • Open — active deals still in play (your default working view).
  • Won — deals you've closed successfully.
  • Lost — deals that fell through.
  • Abandoned — archived deals you've set aside.

Click any chip to narrow the board to just those deals. Click All to clear the filter and see everything again. Filtering only changes what's shown — it never moves or changes a deal.

To focus a busy board, filter to Open. That hides everything already resolved and leaves only the deals that still need your attention.

Read the live summary counts

Next to the filter chips, a small summary shows the live counts for the active pipeline: how many deals are open, won, and lost. These update as you change a deal's status, so they're a quick gut-check on where the pipeline stands without opening Analytics. For a fuller picture of how outcomes work, see how to mark deals Won, Lost, or Abandoned.

Bookmark or share a filtered view

When you switch pipelines or apply a status filter, SAMI writes your choices into the page's web address. That means the filtered Pipeline view is a real, linkable page.

  • Bookmark it to jump straight back to, say, your sellers pipeline filtered to Open deals.
  • Share the link with a teammate so they land on the exact same view you're looking at.

Save a bookmark for the view you check every morning — your active buyer pipeline filtered to Open — and you'll skip the clicks each day.
